Types of laminated machines

Double glue type

Usesage: This machine is suitable for fabric, non-woven fabrics, sponge and other fabrics on the surface of plastic laminate.

Features: Using double glue tanks, can glue two layers fabric at the same time, this can improve the bonding fastness.

Dot transfer type

Usesage: This machine is suitable for textiles, non-woven fabrics, breathable film and other fabrics laminate.

Features: Using plastic point transfer or spray glue method can trasfer glue evenly to the fabric or film

Flame type

Usesage: This is for sponge and other textiles and non-woven products lamination.

Features: Using flame retardant sponge to bond raw materials, no need use glue. It is sutiable for plush, deerskin paste, with environmental protection, feel good, washable and so on.

Mesh belt type

Usesage: This machine is good for laminating sponge, cloth, EVA, leather and non-woven fabrics . Using high-temperature mesh belt pressing, improve the fit smoothness, improve product adhesion.
