Application:

Model fabric lamination machine using polyurethane adhesive(pu glue mix with DCP, accelerator promoter, 

benzyl alcohol as final glue to laminate garment, home textile industry’s farbics.

The fabrics laminated by this machine have the characteristics such as: soft,

good texture, water-proof, ventilate and anti-dry cleaning.

Maintenance

1. Every 6 months replace reducer’s lubricating oil.

2. Using a year later, replacing motor’s lubricating oil.

3. Cleaning glue tank and gluing device and machines’ other parts which have glue after using machine.

4. Chain should be in lubrication and tension.
