Lamination Machine Details:

1.Application area:garments, sports products, home textile industry, military fabrics and other industries. 
2.Solvent based glue laminate fabrics, let them bonded very firmly, washnable.

3.DCP with acetone let fabrics soft and hands feeling well and breathable.
4.Flm unwinding device is installed on the machine, so lamination machine can laminate many kinds film like bopp film, pvc film, tpu film, pu film, pet film...etc.

5.Edge cutting and absorbing device make sure the final fabrics’ edge are good, and this set device saves labor costs, increase production output.  
6 Equiped with Simens motors, Mitsubishi transformer, schneider electric.

7.Applicatble fabric types: denim, cotton, wool, linen, lycra,model,polyester, nylon,acrylic,lambswool,knitted fabric, fleece, velvet,lace, mesh,spandex,TC, corduroy,oxford, canvas,suede,linen,terry,sponge,foam..etc.

8.Application final product: garment, sport coat, down jacekt,jacket, mattress cvoer, bed sheet cover,,diaper,militaryjacket, military sleeping bags,sofa,curtain,table cover,baby waterproof insulation urine pad, towel.

Maintenance

1. Every 6 months replace reducer’s lubricating oil.

2. Using a year later, replacing motor’s lubricating oil.

3. Cleaning glue tank and gluing device and machines’ other parts which have glue after using machine.

4. Chain should be in lubrication and tension.
