Function:

Car floor mat laminaiton machine is designed for laminating different types or different layers fabrics together,

 it can laminate sponge, foam, nonwoven, PVC, Eva, fleece..... many types fabrics together to become car floor mat.

Specificiation:

Frame

Putting base raw fabric and second raw fabric as drawing, adjusting tensioner according by raw fabric material, it’s for getting best tension.

Lamination Device

Adjusting glue dosage by different fabrics material, adjusting method is turning screw, rotate down to add glue.

Transmission Device

This machine is droved by adjustable-speed motor; heating roller, gluing device, traction device and winding device 

is droved by gear motor. Rotation control instrument can adjust working speed, turning down is speeding up.

Mesh Belt Automatic Deviation Rectifier. 

After machine start working, the belt will pass many transmission shafts with the change of fabrics, the belt may deflect, 

once deflect happen, operators should change it quickly, the machine has automatic deviation rectifier. In operation, 

it is forbidden to move the Infrared retriever.

Traction Device

It is for conveying finished laminated fabric to winding device, adjusting the gap between two rollers can change the traction force.

Winding Device

Winding finished fabric for easy transportation, the winding speed and direction all can be set.

Feeding Raw Fabric Device

Its main function is feeding raw fabric, it contains unwinding frame, conveyor belt, two pneumatic edge devices,

 it apply to all fabrics feeding and winding.

Power Transmission System

It is droved by transducer, transfer power to different parts by cycloidal reducer, stepless speeder, and chain.

Electrical Apparatus Control System

Working Control: The main knob can control the gluing speed, drum heating speed, feeding fabric speed, winding speed. 

Adjust branch control panel can change different parts’ motor running speed.

Temperature Control

Pre-setting temperature on intelligent temperature controller according to process requirements, press heating button,

 intelligent temperature controller start working.
